Your first Expansion Tank Module increases the capacity of your FuelMeister 400 biodiesel platform by up to 200 gallons per 8 hour shift. This means you can easily produce 600 gallons of high quality washed biodiesel every 8 hour shift.
Each additional Expansion Tank Module joined with the platform increases production by an additional 200 gallons per cycle. Production therefore increases 200 gallons for each expansion tank used (additional 2 hours required).
The Expansion Tank Module accepts your FuelMeister 400 Direct Catalyst Injection (Patent Pending) Lye Dissolver Lid as well as the Water Wash Lid, so it can be used for either making biodiesel or washing it.
The Expansion Tank Module comes with its own "Transfer Connection" used for moving fluids between expansion Tanks or the FuelMeister 400's tank. The module also comes with a 6' fill extension hose with a quick connector to the pump output connector of your FuelMeister 400 and a 6' drain hose that connects the bottom manifold to the pump manifold quick connect on your FuelMeister 400.
Multiple Expansion Tanks can be added in different layouts to meet your space requirements. Modification by your dealer may be required.

THE FUELMEISTER 400 EXPANSION TANK IS DESIGNED AS AN EXPANSION MODULE TO THE FUELMEISTER 400 BIODIESEL PROCESSOR SYSTEM. A FUELMEISTER 400 SYSTEM IS REQUIRED FOR OPERATION.
